Delete your Watake account

You can delete your account in the app at any time, or ask us by email.

In the app

  1. Open Watake and go to the Account tab.

  2. Tap Delete account.

  3. Tick “I understand this cannot be undone”, then tap Delete my account.

What happens to your data

Deleted right away

  • Your profile and sign-in
  • All your test results and history

Kept

  • Anonymous research answers, which cannot be linked to you
  • Your purchase record in Google Play, kept by Google

Can’t open the app?

Email us from the Google address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm by reply and delete your account within 30 days.
