Who we are

Watake is run by [OPERATOR NAME], [COUNTRY]. You can reach us at support@example.com.

What we collect

  • Your account: the name, email address and user ID from the Google account you sign in with.
  • Your consent: which version of the Terms and this policy you accepted, when, and that you confirmed you are 16 or older.
  • Your answers and results for each test you take.
  • Purchases: the Google Play order ID, product and status. Google handles payment; we never see your card.
  • An anonymous research copy of your answers: the answers, time per page, language, rough country and month. It has no link to your account and no exact date.
  • App usage and crashes: screens opened, time spent and errors, through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. Your answers are never sent to analytics.
  • This website: page visits through Google Analytics, only if you accept the cookie banner.

Why we use it

  • To run the tests, show your results and keep the reports you bought.
  • To check and improve the tests (calibration), using the anonymous copy.
  • To fix crashes and see which parts of the app are hard to use.
  • To stop abuse of the service.

We use your consent, given when you sign in, and our agreement with you for purchases. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Data is stored with Google Firebase in [DATA REGION]. Google acts as our processor for hosting, sign-in, analytics, crash reports and payments.

How long we keep it

  • Account, answers and results: until you delete your account. Without the full report, only your latest result per test is kept.
  • Analytics data: 14 months.
  • The anonymous research copy: kept, because it cannot be traced back to you.

Your choices and rights

You can see your results in the app, ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and results. How to delete your account.

Age

Watake is for people aged 16 and over.

Changes

When this policy changes, the version number changes and the app asks you to agree again.
